BiaSain Design Studio (BDS) is a leading Urban Planning, Design and Architectural firm founded by Planner Ehsan Ul Haq and Architect Zubia Ehsan who are formerly Director General Planning and Design and Chief Architect/Head Design Wing-Bahria Town respectively.

Mr. Ehsan ul Haq is an urban planning and design professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of Town Planning and Infrastructure Design. He has envisioned and conceived a majority of Bahria Town City-Scale developments as well as all the DHA-Bahria Town joint ventures. These include residential communities, commercial zones, and dual-use high-rise buildings. His creativity continues to inspire engineers and town planners across Pakistan as is evident from the many Bahria Town-inspired communities in big and small cities

Mrs. Zubia Ehsan has more than 20 years of experience in architectural design. She has honed her expertise across various leading real estate development companies in Pakistan, most notably Bahria Town (PVT) Limited. As the esteemed head of the Design Wing at Bahria Town, she has masterminded and executed over one thousand landmark residential, apartment, and commercial buildings, leaving an indelible mark on the architectural landscape of Pakistan.
